3. Purpose of Information Collection

In accordance with PIPEDA Principle 2, we collect data strictly for:

• Complying with the federal Cannabis Act (Bill C-45), which mandates that we prevent underage individuals from viewing promotional cannabis content.
• Reviewing, validating, and responding to wholesale or distribution requests.

We do not store age-verification details. Any contact submissions are stored securely in encrypted databases. We restrict data access to authorised operations managers only. We do not rent, sell, or trade personal data to third parties.
